Passed away peacefully at Algoma Manor, Thessalon. He has gone to be with the love of his life Miriam of 65 years. Son of the late Lloyd and Maria Barber. Loving father of Larry (Lois) of Thessalon, Dennis (Charlene), Keith (Wanita) and Randy of Desbarats. Grandfather of eight and Great Grandfather of 19. Brother of Lloyd Jr. (Lola) of Thessalon, Margaret McClelland (Elmer) of Sault Ste. Marie and the late Mac (Gertrude) of Huntsville. Brother-in-law to Eila McDonald (Ralph) of Sault Ste. Marie, Annie Linquist (Jackie) of Ajax and Victor Linquist (Jean) of Bruce Mines. At the famiy’s request there will be a private service followed by interment at Mount Pleasant Cemetery, Gordon Lake. Donations to Desbarats United Church or Algoma Manor Charitable Foundation would be greatly appreciated.
