Obituary for Albert Barret Bisaillon
BISAILLON, Albert Barrett
March 23, 1946 – December 12, 2022
We are saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Albert with family by his side at the age of 76. Loving husband of Pat (nee Jondreau) for 58 years. Beloved father of Timothy (Theresa), Douglas (Kathy), Ted, Sherry Lynn Richard (late Rolly) and Bobbi-Jo McColman (Andrew). Fun loving grampa of Peyton, Savannah, Bailey, April, Rena, Theresa, Keegan, Serenity, Jacob, D.J., Natasha, late Rolly Jr., Paige, Walker and Sierra and great grampa of 11. Cherished brother of Margaret Strebel (late Alvin) and Glen Goodmurphy (Donna). Predeceased by parents Ernest and Annie Bisaillon and siblings Clara Giguere (late Norman), Mary Anne Boulrice (late Ed), Julian (Beatrice), Bucky, Alfred (late Cecile) and Phoebe Cooper (Ron). Will always be remembered by many nieces, nephews, co-workers, and friends.
Albert worked at Birchland Veneer for 35 years and was a councillor for Thessalon First Nation serving many terms. He loved being outside working in his yard. He especially loved his furbabies. We will forever miss his sense of humour and his jokes.
The family wishes to thank the wonderful staff at NSHN-Blind River, Acute Care Unit, for their excellent care and Manda for bringing Albert his morning coffee and donut. They also want to thank family, friends and the community for their ongoing support.

Family and friends are invited to visit at Thessalon First Nation Community Hall, 40 Sugarbush Road, TFN between 2pm and 8pm on Thursday, December 15, 2022. Funeral services will be at Thessalon First Nation Community Hall on Friday, December 16, 2022 beginning at 12pm with Father Clarence officiating. Burial at Thessalon First Nation following service.
