BISAILLON, Cecile Marie (nee Laundrie)
June 11, 1942 - November 25, 2021
It is with heavy hearts we announce the passing of our beautiful mother, grandmother, sister, auntie and friend at the age of 79. Cecile passed away at Golden Birches Terrace in Blind River after a long and courageous journey with cerebral vascular disease. She is reunited with the love of her life, the late Chief Alfred Bisaillon and together they will celebrate their 60th wedding anniversary (November 18, 1961). Survived by her children Max (Donna), Ernie (Marcy), Mary Jane Wardell (Mike) and Christina Belisle (Jason). Grandma/Nana of Roxanne, TJ, Tina, Chelsea, Sheldon, Zachery, Dusty, Erica, Autumn, Wayne, Rhea and Emma. Great grandma of 7. Dear sister of the late Wilmar, Mary Jane (Gary), late Yvette (late Jim), late Charlie (late Sharon), Juliette (Adrian), late Victor (late Anne-Marie), late Roger (Mary), Leo (Mary), Yvonne (Dennis), late Rita and late Henry. Cecile is fondly remembered by the Bisaillon family, many nieces and nephews as well as her dear friends Marilyn Robitaille and Marilyn Mulholland.
The family wishes to thank the staff at Golden Birches Terrace for their excellent care and compassion.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Beggs Funeral Home on Saturday, November 27, 2021 beginning at 11am until 1pm. Private funeral service at St. Ambrose Catholic Church. Graveside service and burial at Thessalon First Nation Cemetery will begin at 230pm and is open to those who wish to attend. Hand washing, face masks and distancing requirements will be in place.
