CARLYLE, Eileen Mary Isabelle
November 14, 1938 - June 12, 2021
Eileen passed away suddenly in the comfort of her own home and in the arms of her beloved husband Albert, of 63 years. Loving, strong and proud mother of John (Brenda), Susan Gardiner (Gord), Tom and Robert (Krista). She will be forever missed by her grandchildren Dawn Carlyle, Lyndsey Carlyle (Tania), Daniel Gardiner (Sarah), Matthew Gardiner (Marie), Matt Carlyle and Jasper Carlyle as well as her great grandchildren Cameron, Lilah, Ronan and Annabelle. Lovingly remembered by her siblings Catherine Carlyle (late Percy) and Charles Hicks.
Eileen was very crafty and knitted many baby items, socks and sweaters. She was an excellent cook and was the go-to person in the family for recipes. She was good at technology and used social media to keep her family updated. Eileen was a free spirit with strong determination, a great sense of humour and a positive attitude. She was our number one… and we will deeply miss her.
