Obituary for Julia Beatrice Morningstar (Boyer)
MORNINGSTAR, Julia Beatrice (nee Boyer)
September 12, 1923 – December 10, 2022
In her 100th year Julia Morningstar has crossed the river to the other side and is joyfully reunited with her family. She will be deeply missed by her children, their families, and the greater community across Turtle Island.
A beautiful and well respected elder of Mississauga First Nation, Julia lived a long and full life. She always put her family first, supporting them in all their endeavours. She was a breast cancer survivor strong enough to have beaten it. We will forever miss her smile, laughter, feistiness and cheeky nature.
The family wishes to thank all those who supported them during these difficult times.
Family and friends are invited to visit at Mississauga First Nation Sports Complex, Park Road, MFN beginning at 11am on Tuesday, December 13, 2022 until time of funeral service on December 14, 2022 at 1130am. Father Clarence officiating. Luncheon to follow.
