Obituary for Marie Claudette Rejeanne Bizier

BIZIER, Marie Claudette Rejeanne “Fuzzy”
February 9, 1957 – October 13, 2020
After her courageous battle we are heartbroken and saddened to announce the peaceful passing of Fuzzy Bizier of Thessalon, our beloved daughter, sister, mother and grandmother while at NSHN-Blind River. Beloved daughter of Jeannine Marin. Dear mother of Jessica and Nicholas Armstrong. Cherished grandmother of Blake, Kyra, Aliyah and Jack. Incredibly loved sister of the late Claude Bizier, Andre Bizier (Judy), Pauline Belisle (David), Benoit Sinclair (Tammy) and Laurien Bizier (Sarah). Will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
Fuzzy was a spirited lady with a lot of soul. Feisty, spunky and independent by nature she faced many obstacles and hardships over her lifetime. She persevered all of her struggles with bravery and a positive outlook and those who were closest to her have been richly blessed by knowing this amazing lady. A unique woman of few words who was very kind hearted, giving, caring and thoughtful. She had unconditional love and always thought of others often putting their needs before her own. She was a long-time volunteer at St. Vincent De Paul and worked hard in the housekeeping department at F.J. Davey Home. She was an outstanding cook and could whip up anything in a minute and it was always delicious (spaghetti lol). Most of all, Fuzzy enjoyed being a mom and a grandmother. All she ever wanted was something we all take for granted….family life. Please be thankful for the family you have. Just being Fuzzy was enough for everyone to love. She will be deeply missed and the memory of her laughter, sense of humour and beautiful voice will forever and forever be in our hearts.
Fuzzy and her family wishes to thank NSHN-Blind River and her amazing team of angels who helped her through the last 4 months of her life. They include family, friends, co-workers from F.J. Davey Home and all hospital staff. A special thanks to charge nurse Jamie and social worker Amanda for their dedication and compassion.
